Our hot stamping molds are mainly made of copper plates processed by CNC wire cutting—this material boasts excellent durability, with a unit price of approximately RMB 120–200 (pricing subject to hot stamping area). Magnesium-zinc plates are also an option (recommended for large-area hot stamping to control costs). The cost of punching die cutter is even lower, at around RMB 150 per piece, and each plate can withstand over 700,000 windowing punch cuts, resulting in an extremely low unit cost. Hot stamping foil is also reasonably priced, with variations based on different types. The mainstream market price is about RMB 80 per roll (specification: 200m × 640mm width). Therefore, the hot stamping cost for a single 100×100mm stamping area is approximately 0.017 RMB, translating to highly attractive processing profits for our customers.
